We were delighted to supply our Ascot Corporate Race Night entertainment package for a staff party at Coral Island Blackpool.

The venue was transformed into a lively race night experience, complete with our racecourse-style set-up, picket fencing, artificial grass, race-themed décor, large presentation screen, professional sound system and bookmaker-style betting area. The result was a fantastic atmosphere that helped turn the staff party into a real shared experience rather than simply another evening out.

Guests enjoyed eight exciting races throughout the event, placing their friendly bets, cheering on their chosen horses and collecting plenty of prizes along the way. There was lots of laughter, friendly competition and a brilliant buzz in the room as each race unfolded.

What made the evening particularly special was the feedback from the Coral Island team. Many guests came over to thank us for providing such an enjoyable event, but one comment really stood out.

A member of staff explained that it was his first staff party at Coral Island. He had nearly decided not to attend because he thought he might be left on his own and not know many people. However, the race night entertainment gave everyone something to talk about, laugh about and get involved in together. By the end of the evening, he had mixed with colleagues he had not really spoken to before and felt part of the team.
